Participation in the SCRIP program benefits Holy Family Catholic School without any additional financial outlay beyond your normal household or grocery purchases. With a little bit of planning you can play a BIG part in helping Holy Family Catholic School keep its tuition affordable and its resources readily available for the students when you buy SCRIP.
What is SCRIP? How does it help HFCS? This is how it works …

SCRIP is a gift card used instead of cash or check to purchase merchandise at most grocery stores, restaurants, specialty shops, gasoline stations, home improvement and department stores and to pay on charge accounts at certain department stores.

The retailers sell SCRIP to the school at a discount and HFCS sells it to you at face value. SCRIP costs you no additional money yet the school makes money with each purchase.
SCRIP is available online, during pick up/drop-off in the loop, or in the school office. There is a large selection of SCRIP cards available for immediate pick-up in the office, just ask! Standing Monthly orders are encouraged for grocery/gas needs, and special orders are gladly accepted but must be submitted by 8:00 am on Tuesdays, orders will be ready for pick-up on Fridays during the school year.

Pay with cash, check made out to HFCS, or electronic funds transfer(EFT) – forms for EFTs are available in HFCS Office and Scrip table.

Set setup “standing orders” to be paid monthly

Orders placed by Tuesday 8:00 am will be available for pick-up on Friday

Scrip Order Forms are also available at the scrip table and in the office
o You can use the Product Search (on left side menu) to look for any product
o Under Account Maintenance, you can edit any of the registration information. You can also view/print all pending and completed orders.

FIRST TIME SETUP

Fill out an Electronic Fund Transfer Form for Scrip with Mrs. Bardini in the HFCS office along with a voided check

Register on the HFS website HERE
TO ORDER:

Login to the website and click on HFCS Online Scrip Shop

If you are already logged in click on Fundraisers => Scrip => HFCS Online Scrip Shop

Choose your Category and click Buy to add items to Cart

Clickon Checkout when you are done and follow the instructions.

Review and Confirm Order

You will receive a copy of your order via email.
OTHER FEATURES

You can use the Scrip Shop Search (on left side menu) to look for any product

Under My Account (left side menu), you can edit any of the registration information (Edit Personal Information). You can also view/print all pending and completed orders (Show Orders)

- Store Cards and eScrip
Register your credit cards or store cards so that a portion of your purchases is given back to HFS each quarter.
If the last name on the credit card differs from the Family last name at HFCS that should get the credit, please provide Scrip volunteers/HFCS office the Last Name on card, type of card, and HFCS family name.

Raley’s/Bel Air: Get your pre-registered card at the scrip table. Provide HFCS the Family last name and number on the card for tracking. Present it at the check out each time you shop and a percentage of your purchases will be mailed to HFCS each quarter

Save-Mart/Food Maxx: Get your pre-registered card at the scrip table. Provide HFCS the Family last name and number on the card for tracking. Present it at the check out each time you shop and a percentage of your purchases will be mailed to HFCS each quarter.

Target REDCard: Register your Target REDCard at www.target.com. Click on RedCards at the top and then at left under Rewards and Benefits, click on “Take Charge of Education” to enroll. A percentage of your purchases will be mailed to HFCS each quarter.

Each family will be required to purchase $1,500.00 in scrip gift card purchases (Escrip, rewards cards & Kniesel's etc... are not included) beginning May 1, 2011 through April 30, 2012. For more details on requirements, refer to the Parent Club Agreement.
Progress is being tracked by Family and updates can be downloaded below. Please note that it takes a few weeks to include totals from recent purchases due to the quantity of orders being processed.
