Golf Classic:

  • August 25th
  • Advertising/flyers will be sent out starting May 21st
  • Acquisitions started mainly for wineries. There will be a dinner option for non golfers.


Scrip:

  • Started calling families that did not meet their goal They have a month extension to June 1st. If they opt for buy out, they have until May 15th to pay
  • 13k profit for the year


Scrip & Volunteer Points Deadline

  • 2011-12 school year ended April 30th and the new school year starts June 1st so there is one month (May unaccounted for)
  • Parent Points/Scrip Purchases for the 2011/2012 school year will be accepted until May 31, 2012. If your commitment has been met, your May points /scrip may be applied to the 2012-2013 school year.


Swim Party

  • Prior to school starting August 13th 12-3pm at Rusch Park


Summary

  • Parent Club earned $101k this year, exceeding the $90k goal
  • This amount does not even include Scrip & Jog-A-Thon!!!
  • This is the first time the Parent Club has EVER exceeded their goal!!! Congrats!

Jog-A-Thon

  • Jog-A- Thon is on April 18th on the Wed we come back from break
  • Money due May 4th
  • Prize drawing is on May 8th

 

Father/Daughter Dance

  • Mrs. Busch suggested to table the dance until next year since we are almost out of time in the school year
  • Parent Club voted in agreement


Registration

  • 117 families registered out of 180 total families


Scrip

  • Thinking about an incentive for the families that over achieve:
    • provide like a bonus card
    • or raffle
  • => Denise and Michelle to come up with a proposal for next meeting
  • Profit at around $12k
  • Participation:
    • 50% met $1.5k requirement
    • Over 25% is at around $800
    • The last 25% has not participated


Festival

  • Diocesan inservice date changed from Oct 12 to Sept 28th so we need to decide to move the festival date. Change to:
    • September 29-30 (4 day weekend) or October 6-7
    • Decide to change to October 6-7


Booster Club

  • Question concerning points; there was a request if Booster Club members could also get non-fundraising points for volunteering. To be discussed offline in a Booster meeting.


Auction

  • The auction profit was approximately $49k, the goal was $60k
  • Substantially more than last year which was $36k
