Holy Family Catholic School (HFCS) is a member of the Parochial Athletic League (PAL) along with other Catholic schools located in the Sacramento region.  In addition to participating in the PAL, HFCS offers several intramural sports, school sponsored sports, and recreational sports for students in grades 1-8 throughout the year.  For more information about each one, please click on the sport name below.

An athletic fee of $50.00 is charged per player per sport. This fee covers the cost of tournament fees, equipment, uniforms, and referees.

Bowling for 4th-8th graders is offered also and is a school-sponsored sport.
Students are expected to work to their ability level and cooperate with their coaches.
